When we named this brew Swamp Water Coffee, we knew it would make the city folks tilt their heads. But for those who know the marsh, "Swamp Water" isn't a slur—it’s a testament. It’s about the depth. The swamp doesn't give up its secrets to the people who just skim the surface on a fan boat. To get the good stuff, you’ve got to be willing to get a little mud on your boots. You’ve got to respect the slow, steady process of the heat and the wait.
